Dr Krishnaswami Sankaranarayanan
Prof. Dr. K. Sankaranarayanan, born in Kidarankondan, India, 2 June 1934, passed away on 28 May 2022 in Oegstgeest, the Netherlands.
He was the father of the ICRP and UNSCEAR estimates of genetic risk after radiation exposure, and the recipient of the Royal Swedish Academy Gold Medal for Radiation Protection in 2008.
