The last recomendations of IAEA  SAFRAD of post procedure alert levels for patient follow up considers only the value of 500 Gy.cm2 for both procedures (cardiac, neuro and body interventions). The value of 300 Gy.cm2 is not recomend any more. 

I also think it will be important to highlight that fluoroscopy time alone is not a good indicator for skin and should be recorded as an additional factor along with the others dose metrics.

It will also be important to reinforce the importance of weight and height data entered into the equipment, so that we can have a better use of dose monitoring systems.
