ICRP Global Stakeholder Update:

The Road to the Next General Recommendations

in support of the Marie Claire Cantone Fund

3 December 2026  |  13:00 - 14:30 UTC  |  Virtual Event

The future of radiological protection is taking shape, and this is your opportunity to hear directly from those leading the way.

Join ICRP for a special global stakeholder update bringing together its leadership for a wide-ranging conversation about one of the most significant developments in international radiological protection in decades: the Review and Revision of the System of Radiological Protection and the development of the next General Recommendations. You can learn more about the System of Radiological Protection by clicking here.

Where do things stand? What comes next? And what will it take to shape the future of radiological protection?

Hear directly from ICRP leadership about the progress made, the major work underway across its Committees and Task Groups, and the priorities and challenges ahead. We'll also look towards upcoming international events, new opportunities for engagement, and the importance of collaboration and support from organisations and individuals around the world.

More than a traditional technical webinar, this briefing offers a unique opportunity to step back, see the bigger picture, and engage directly with ICRP leadership through an open question-and-answer session.

Whether you represent a government, regulator, international organisation, professional association, industry, healthcare, research, or academia, or simply have an interest in the future of radiological protection, your participation is welcome.

Free to Attend. Open to All.

Participation is free and open to everyone. However, individuals and organisations who are able to do so are encouraged to purchase a paid ticket to help support ICRP's work and ensure these opportunities remain accessible to the global community.

A portion of the proceeds from paid registrations will also support the Marie Claire Cantone Fund, helping emerging professionals in radiological protection access opportunities to participate in ICRP activities.

Organisations interested in sponsoring this event are invited to contact kelsey.cloutier@icrp.org to discuss opportunities.
