ICRP Vice Chair Jacques Lochard delivers the First Thomas S. Tenforde Topical Lecture

This is the first Topical Lecture, in honor of Thomas S. Tenforde, the fourth President of the U.S. National Council on Radiation Protection & Measurements.  This lecture is made possible by a generous agreement and contribution by Dr. Tenforde, to be used to support a topical lecture at the Annual Meeting of the NCRP related to the theme of the Annual Meeting.

The lecture was delivered at the 51st Annual Meeting of the NCRP in Bethesda, Maryland on 17 March 2015.
